Role Description The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring product quality and availability. This full-time, on-site role is based at the NAKED FRUITS store in Dundigal Gandimaisamma, where the Store Manager will lead by example to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key tasks include monitoring sales performance, implementing store policies, handling customer inquiries and feedback, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The Store Manager will also coordinate shift schedules, support training and development of team members, and work closely with leadership to execute promotional activities and improve overall store performance.

Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to address concerns and build long-term customer relationships.
- Solid Communication skills to clearly coordinate with staff, interact with customers, and report to management.
- Proven Store Management capabilities, including staff supervision, inventory control, and day-to-day retail operations.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Previous experience in retail or food and beverage environments, preferably in store leadership roles.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Dundigal Gandimaisamma, including weekends and peak business hours as required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
- Basic familiarity with point-of-sale systems and standard store reporting tools; additional training can be provided.
- Relevant education in business, retail management, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
