Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Store Manager to manage end-to-end store operations, drive sales and profitability, lead the store team, and ensure excellent customer experience while maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly sales targets, revenue, conversion and profitability.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store KPIs.
- Plan manpower, shifts, attendance and daily task allocation.
- Monitor customer service, selling skills, upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability and stock accuracy.
- Monitor inward/outward stock, stock audits, shrinkage and inventory controls.
- Maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) and store presentation as per brand standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor daily sales reports, KPIs and store performance.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling and POS operations.
- Coordinate with Area/Regional teams for business plans and promotions.
- Ensure store hygiene, safety, security and operational compliance.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge and customer handling.
- Analyse competitor activity, market trends and customer preferences.
