MYDESIGNATION is coming to Chennai — and we're looking for someone to lead our first-ever store in the city.

Role: Store Manager

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 3–6 years in retail store management

Industry: Fashion / Lifestyle / Apparel preferred

What you'll be responsible for

* Own the store's sales, revenue & profitability targets

* Lead, train and motivate the store team

* Drive customer experience and build strong customer relationships

* Manage daily store operations, VM, inventory & stock accuracy

* Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

* Ensure MYDESIGNATION's brand standards are consistently maintained

* Drive local initiatives to increase footfall, conversion & repeat customers

* Build MYDESIGNATION's presence and customer base in Chennai

What we're looking for

* Strong experience in fashion/lifestyle retail

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets

* Excellent people-management and leadership skills

* Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills

* Good understanding of retail KPIs and store operations

* Someone energetic, proactive and comfortable taking ownership

This isn't just another store-manager role.

You'll be leading MYDESIGNATION's first chapter in Chennai and have the opportunity to build the store, team and customer community from the ground up.
