Primary Title: Retail Store Manager - Luxury Apparel
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations across assigned stores in Juhu and Andheri, ensuring flawless execution of luxury service and brand standards.
- Drive sales growth and store KPIs through targeted coaching, clienteling strategies, and promotional execution.
- Recruit, onboard, train and mentor sales teams; set clear performance expectations and develop talent through regular feedback and coaching.
- Manage inventory lifecycle—replenishment, stock transfers, audits and shrinkage control—to preserve margin and availability.
- Deliver exceptional VIP experiences: manage appointments, personalised follow-ups, alterations coordination and after‑sales service to maximise lifetime value.
- Maintain visual merchandising, loss prevention and compliance with luxury brand guidelines to protect brand integrity and customer perception.

Qualifications
- Proven track record managing high-end apparel boutiques with strong commercial results and customer retention.
- Demonstrable ability to hire, coach and retain sales talent; comfortable setting and achieving KPI targets.
- Excellent customer service orientation with experience handling VIP clientele and personalised selling.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi advantageous. Willingness to work on-site across Juhu & Andheri, including weekends and peak periods.
