Role Description The Store Manager role at KPN Fresh is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff scheduling, task allocation, inventory control, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, safe shopping environment. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Store Manager monitors sales performance, implements loss prevention measures, and ensures adherence to company policies and standards. The role also involves training and coaching team members, supporting their performance, and contributing to store-level initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong store management skills, including experience in retail operations and team supervision.
- Proven focus on customer satisfaction, with hands-on customer service experience.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and leadership.
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices and ability to enforce relevant procedures.
- Experience in grocery or supermarket environments is an advantage.
