## Urgent Opening Store Manager #Durgapur Location#
* Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse or store operations.
* Proven experience in managing large warehouses (minimum 25,000 sq. ft. area or 15,000 SKUs).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership/managerial role.
* Prior experience in handling large teams (permanent and contract manpower) is mandatory.
* Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) is mandatory.
* Working knowledge of SAP (MM/WM/EWM) will be an added advantage.
* Experience in HEMM / Mining / Heavy Equipment / Automotive spare parts industry will be an added advantage.
* Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock accuracy, cycle counting, and audits.
* Experience in warehouse process improvement and productivity enhancement.
* Understanding of warehouse safety, PPE compliance, and HSE practices.
* Ability to manage contract manpower, vendors, and transporters.
* Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel/MIS).
* Strong people management and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
