Store Manager-Intune

Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and managing staff. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to create a positive shopping experience while meeting business goals.

-Responsible for maintaining store standards

-Responsible for Achieving topline growth

-Responsible to strategize, manage budgets & Inventory

-Ensures to improve profitability & resource management

-Lead the People and develop the team

-Ensures that customer needs are met , complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient

-Monitor store processes & Audit

-Monitor Display & service standards

-Maintain business relations of the brand

-Responsible for Store Image

Qualification

• Bachelors Degree, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer service practices, and inventory management.
