Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to team members to maximize their potential and performance.
- Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving sales targets, KPIs, and goals for the store.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times, resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively and efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, building loyalty and repeat business through personalized service and engagement.
Inventory Management and Merchandising:
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise presentation to ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Implement merchandising strategies and promotional initiatives to drive sales and optimize product visibility.
- Monitor product performance and sales trends, adjusting inventory levels and assortment as needed.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment for customers and employees, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement operational efficiencies and process improvements to streamline workflows and maximize productivity.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales performance, store metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance to senior management.
