About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in managing retail store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
- Manage inventory, shrinkage control, and stock replenishment
- Maintain VM standards and store hygiene
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff
- Monitor attendance, rostering, and manpower planning
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, SCM, Finance)
- Ensure adherence to health & safety norms

- MS Office proficiency
