Role Description

This on-site role is located in Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad. As a Store Manager at Kidbea, you will support day-to-day store operations, including supervising the store team, managing inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment. You will play a key role in monitoring sales performance, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention for effectively running operations and securing store assets.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive experience for all shoppers.
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills for collaboration with the store team and customers.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge or prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• A proactive approach and attention to detail are highly desirable traits.
