Role Description

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and driving its overall success. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include managing store staff, monitoring sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing loss prevention measures, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in creating a positive shopping experience while achieving business goals.

• Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Operations
• Effective Communication and leadership abilities
• Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in beauty or wellness retail is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
