About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee inventory and store operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless material flow, accurate record-keeping, and effective coordination between production and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

· Inventory Control & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods; ensure optimal inventory to support production without overstocking or shortages; conduct regular stock audits.

· RM/FG Inward & Outward Handling: Supervise the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials; manage the issuance of raw materials to production and coordinate finished goods dispatch with accuracy.

· ERP & Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions using ERP systems; ensure data integrity for reporting and reconciliation.

· Coordination with Production & Dispatch: Liaise with production and dispatch teams to align material availability with production schedules and timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

· 1–2 years of experience in store or inventory management

· Strong knowledge of documentation, stock control, and ERP systems

· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
