Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Lucknow. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, facilitating excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, managing team performance, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the store.

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Experience in Store Management with the ability to oversee operations efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention to ensure asset protection and minimize losses.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Profit Centre Management

- Monitor the sales figures against forecasts, analyze & interpret trends and capitalize on data to maximize sales & profit.

- Manage & control all aspects of stock management, ensure adherence to procedures/SOP's & guide the team towards achieving targeted store potential

- Contribution to sales targets & implement cost control measures to achieve set targets

- Understand KRA & KPI driven

Quality Control

- Oversee the implementation of customer service standards in the store and ensure customer satisfaction and efficient handling of complaints

Product & Brand Development

- ensure a Visual merchandising to enhance the appeal as per the guidelines and maintain the same

MIS & Reporting

- Timely dissemination of MIS/Reports/DSR/ Sell-Thru & category contribution reports

Administrative

- Ensure staff adherence to policies for Uniforms, Grooming, Attendance& Discipline, etc.

- Ensure proper function of Electronic Equipment (e.g. EDC & ERP),Company Assets, Fabrication etc

Salary: INR 400000 to 500000 P.A.
