Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Sales & Revenue: Drive sales, achieve targets, and execute customer engagement strategies.
• Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional in-store experiences and build strong client relationships.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, manage replenishments, and ensure no shortages.
• Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate store staff to perform at their best.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain premium store appearance and ambiance.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare reports, analyze KPIs, and ensure policy compliance.
• Brand Representation: Uphold the brand's luxury image and service standards.
