Role Overview
As Store Manager at Bluorng, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture, and experience of the store. This role combines operational discipline, team leadership, and a focus on premium customer service to consistently uphold Bluorng's standards
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day performance of the store, ensuring every aspect of sales, service and presentation meets Bluorng's standards.
- Drive sales targets and monitor store performance regularly
- Set the standard for customer service and styling support on the floor
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the store team during daily operations
- Maintain store presentation, VM standards, and overall store readiness
- Monitor stock movement and coordinate with relevant teams for replenishment
- Track team performance and provide guidance or corrections when needed
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct within the team
- Share store performance updates, customer insights, and operational needs with the Retail Head
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in fashion retail, luxury or premium retail, or service-led store leadership
- Proven track record of managing store teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong expertise in delivering exceptional customer service and personalised selling experiences
- Hands-on experience in store operations, floor management, and daily performance tracking
- Understanding of visual merchandising and maintaining high store presentation standards
- Confident in resolving customer situations while guiding team performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff
- Genuine passion for fashion and trends, with an instinct for what clients want and how they experience style.
