Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager based in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead a team to meet and exceed sales targets, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and maintain visual merchandising standards. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, implementing loss prevention strategies, and delivering an engaging shopping experience aligned with BIBA's brand values.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver exceptional experiences and build customer loyalty
- Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure efficient operations and protect store assets
- Excellent Communication skills to lead teams, engage with customers, and collaborate with stakeholders
- Leadership capabilities with experience in managing and motivating a retail team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze sales data to drive performance and make informed decisions
- Experience in the retail or fashion industry and knowledge of ethnic fashion trends is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
