Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at our studios in Bangalore. You will oversee daily studio operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, responding to customer queries, maintaining hygiene standards, inventory managment, and implementing studio policies.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive client experiences and foster meaningful connections.
• Effective Communication skills for team management, conflict resolution, and customer interactions.
• Proven experience in Store Management, including team leadership, operations planning, and driving sales growth.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru with a flexible, hands-on approach to meeting the dynamic demands of the business.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
