Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Store Manager at Beyondburg Inc., located in Kochi. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring sales performance, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring the store meets its operational and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to address and resolve customer needs effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to manage staff and interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to drive operational efficiency and safeguard assets.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high employee engagement and performance.
• Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
