This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in Chennai. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the apparel store, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and smooth business performance. Responsibilities include managing a team, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, executing promotional activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the Store Manager will play a critical role in collaborating with both the staff and senior management to drive strategy and enhance overall store performance.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive customer experiences and maintain a motivated team.
• Proven Sales and Negotiation skills to drive business growth and meet sales targets effectively.
• Experience in Product Development or the ability to understand product quality, trends, and inventory management.
• Leadership and team management capabilities to guide staff and optimize store performance.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to address challenges and ensure operational efficiency.
• Prior experience in the retail or apparel industry is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
