Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage and motivate store staff to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide satisfactory resolutions.
- Analyze sales metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Implement store policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
