Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Store Manager in Delhi, India. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure high standards of customer service, manage inventory, and promote retail loss prevention strategies. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring store staff, maintaining operational efficiency and compliance, and driving customer satisfaction by delivering a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and exceptional Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication skills for team building and customer interactions
- Ability to manage inventory, ensure operational efficiency, and enforce retail compliance standards
- Leadership and organizational skills to drive operational success
- Relevant work experience in retail, customer-facing roles, or team leadership positions
- Experience working with global enterprise brands or high-end retail businesses is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
