Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager based in Lucknow. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory, implementing loss prevention measures, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties involve monitoring employee performance, fostering a customer-focused environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to enhance the shopping experience and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Store Management to oversee operations, manage inventory, and ensure the store meets sales goals.
- Effective Communication skills to lead staff, resolve issues, and maintain teamwork across all levels.
- Experience or knowledge in Retail Loss Prevention to safeguard assets and minimize risks.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail or store management roles is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is advantageous, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
