Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Store Manager at AGS RETAIL LIMITED. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure smooth business functioning, and drive customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring inventory and sales, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and driving exceptional customer service. The role also involves creating and maintaining a positive shopping environment for customers and motivating the team to achieve performance goals.

- Proven ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction

- Previous experience in retail management is a plus
