Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure sales targets are met, and uphold high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coaching and supervising store staff, analyzing sales performance, monitoring visual merchandising, and implementing strategies to enhance profitability. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company policies while creating a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Sales strategy development, target achievement, and business planning abilities
• Proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment and meet performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or any related field preferred
• Previous experience in retail management is a strong advantage
