Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Store Manager for luxury retail brands across multiple categories. The role involves managing high-value store operations, delivering exceptional customer experience, and driving strong business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store revenue and achieve monthly/annual sales targets
• Manage high-value business (₹50–60 lakhs or above)
• Ensure exceptional customer service and luxury client experience
• Oversee daily store operations, staff management, and inventory control
• Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clientele
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are met

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury or premium retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed and professional personality
• Experience in handling high-end/luxury customers
• Ability to manage and drive high-revenue stores

Preferred Profile:

Candidates from premium or luxury retail brands will be preferred
