- Oversee inventory planning, stock monitoring, and replenishment across all retail stores.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through periodic audits and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure timely stock availability.
- Implement systems and processes to improve inventory visibility and control.
- Process Excellence
- Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations.
- Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track key operational metrics and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Lead process optimization initiatives to improve store efficiency and productivity.
- Store Rental payment Management
- Track rental payments as ensure payments happen on time.
- Store Administration
- Oversee store hygiene and ensure store raises tickets.
- Coordinate with finance for rental payments, invoices, and vendor settlements.
- Ensure stores are fully operational with required infrastructure and support services.
- Support new store launches and operational readiness.
