Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in retail management or store operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
