Brief Job Description

Store Growth Manager is tasked with ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the store, with a strong emphasis on creating visually appealing merchandise displays and delivering exceptional customer (ABs)experiences. Managing and Planning Events inside Store , training and relationship with customers (ABs).

He will be responsible for contributing in Growth of the Store by executing the Plans shared with them from HO Team of Franchise Department .

Key Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising:

Implement the VM Guidelines as shared by HO Team .

Ensure the Zone Flow Guidelines and Correct Usage of Brandings and Signage .

Sales And Customer Experience

Execute plans to Achieve Sales Target.

Deliver Excellent Customer Service and Store Ambience Standards

Train the Staff at Store to align them with company Guidelines .

Should be able to Explain the Product Features by having Good Product Knowledge .

Track and analyze sales data to evaluate store performance and identify areas for improvement,

Understands the sales reports and and share recommendations basis Trend .

Data maintenance of customer inflow

Store Operations

Supervise daily store operations, as per defined SOPs and DILO Program .

Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards as per checklist.

Training And Activities Management

Provide ongoing training on product knowledge, Promotions and customer service.

Follow-ups and relationship building with local ABs.

Manage activities, training & promotional schedules driven from Head Office .

Support local ABs to drive training plans in WW.

Out store activity support in near by area

Support in New Store Opening (NSO) as & when required

Inventory Management

Oversee inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock takes to maintain accuracy.

Coordinate to ensure timely and accurate stock deliveries.

Skills Required

Communication skills & English/Hindi & Regional Language.

Basic knowledge in MS Office

Analytical and problem- solving.

Familiarity with retail management software, POS systems & basic IT skills.

Educational / Professional Qualification

Graduation/PG

Work Experience

3-5 yrs from Retail Industry.
