Store Executive

Skills Required

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Working knowledge of ERP/SAP systems
• Expertise in Inventory Control & Material Planning
• Strong communication (verbal & written) and analytical skills
• Understanding of tax compliance for materials
• Familiarity with FIFO, 5S, and standard store-keeping practices
• MIS Reporting & Documentation

KRA's

• Inventory Management:
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO), and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and system updates, including BIN card management.
• Store Operations:
• Oversee day-to-day store operations including cleanliness, safety, security, and efficient layout for material handling.
• Ensure timely issuing of raw materials to production as per the Kit Issue Planning schedule.
• Inventory Planning & Control:
• Analyze consumption trends and plan inventory by determining stock levels, reorder points, and order quantities.
• Ensure seamless flow of materials with minimal holding cost.
• Team Leadership:
• Guide, train, and retain a high-performing store team.
• Encourage adherence to store discipline, SOPs, and continuous improvement practices.
