Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Executive, located in Lucknow. The Store Executive will oversee day-to-day store operations, manage inventory, assist customers, and ensure proper organization of stock. They will handle retail transactions, maintain accurate documentation of sales, and provide exceptional customer service. The role requires a hands-on approach to support sales processes and enhance store efficiency.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their inquiries
- Retail and Sales experience to manage store operations and drive revenue growth
- Commerce knowledge to ensure accurate documentation and support transactional processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in using store management or sales software is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field
