Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telemarketer at RNA INFOTECH, located in Lucknow with some flexibility for remote work. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing company services, scheduling appointments, maintaining positive customer relations, and assisting in driving sales initiatives. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on leads.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience with Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service to efficiently coordinate and handle client interactions
• Sales skills, including lead generation, pitching services, and meeting sales goals
• Self-motivation and the ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software is a plus
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus but not mandatory
• Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred
