Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site stores including inward/outward movement of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and consumption.
• Ensure proper storage, stacking, and protection of materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, site execution, and logistics teams for material planning.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain GRNs, stock registers, issue slips, and other documentation.
• Ensure materials are issued based on project needs and BOQ.
• Handle unloading, material inspection, and vendor coordination at site.
• Monitor material wastage and report discrepancies, if any.

Key Requirements:

• 4 5 years of experience in store operations at infrastructure or solar project sites .
• Working knowledge of store procedures, stock accounting, and documentation.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications or inventory management software.
• Willing to work at remote project locations across Maharashtra.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
