Description
We are seeking a motivated Store Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing inventory, and supporting store operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store and provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure availability of products
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers
- Assist in visual merchandising and store displays
- Support promotional events and sales initiatives
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in using point of sale (POS) systems
