Job Summary:
The Store Executive will be responsible for managing inventory, stock handling, inward and outward material movement, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong attention to detail, coordination with kitchen and procurement teams, and ensuring proper stock control to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records (raw materials, packaging, consumables)
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Follow FIFO/FEFO methods for stock rotation
2. Inward & Outward Handling
- Handle receiving of goods and verify against purchase orders
- Ensure proper storage of materials as per standards
- Manage daily issuance of materials to kitchen/operations
3. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain GRNs, stock registers, and inventory reports
- Update inventory systems (Excel/ERP) regularly
- Track wastage and discrepancies
4. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure quality checks for received materials
- Maintain hygiene and storage standards as per FSSAI guidelines
- Conduct regular stock audits
5. Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and kitchen team
- Support in demand planning and stock forecasting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Store Executive / Store Keeper / Inventory Executive
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock handling
- Experience in F&B / central kitchen / warehouse preferred
- Basic knowledge of Excel or inventory management systems
- Good organizational and coordination skills
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 25 years of relevant experience
