Retail Store Executive
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Store Executive to join our team in the fashion/apparel retail industry. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service: Greet and assist customers, providing a welcoming shopping experience and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Sales performance: Achieve individual and store sales targets by promoting products and upselling when appropriate.
- Inventory management: Assist in stock management, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Visual merchandising: Ensure that the store is visually appealing and that displays are updated according to company guidelines.
- Store maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including fitting rooms and sales areas.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive work environment and effective communication.
Qualifications And Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the fashion/apparel sector.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management are a plus.
- Customer focus: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Sales skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
