We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic
Store Executive to manage day-to-day retail operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the
apparel, fashion, or beauty industry, with strong sales skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Assist customers with product selection and provide styling/beauty advice
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards
- Manage billing, cash handling, and POS operations
- Track inventory, stock levels, and coordinate replenishments
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs
- Coordinate with management for stock updates and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience in retail (Apparel / Fashion / Beauty preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Presentable personality with a customer-first approach
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fashion styling or beauty consultation
- Familiarity with POS billing systems
- Strong upselling and cross-selling skills
