Purpose of role: Inward and outward register to be maintained, inbound and outbound register to be maintained

Responsibilities:

Planning and directing the day-to-day operations of the stores

Prepare the delivery Challan, invoice & E-way bill

Material inward & Outward document preparation.

Coordinate operations - inbound/outbound processing, picking & packing, inventory management

Domestic & Import logistics coordination.

Track and manage inventory at stores.

Maintaining high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.

Maintaining the invoice movement for payment

Material stock details to be maintained individual items. Material consumption report to be submitted to management.

FIFO / LIFO Concept to be followed item by item.

MOQ concept to be followed item by item

Safety protocol to be followed for loading & unloading of materials.

Awareness of Handling Hazardous materials

Awareness of 5S Systems

Shelf-life monitoring of shelf-life items

Awareness of Scrap & waste management

Qualification Essential:

• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  
• Min Stores Experience in manufacturing industry 4 to 5 Years
