Role Description

We are looking for a Store & Customer Experience Manager who can combine design sensibility with operational excellence and who acts as a bridge between our artistic vision and our clients homes..

This is not just a retail role it is a design-facing position. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic understanding and the ability to guide customers through dcor decisions with confidence and warmth.

You will be responsible for managing the studio experience, assisting customers with styling guidance, maintaining visual merchandising standards, driving sales, and overseeing day-to-day store operations.

This role requires ownership, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills.

Who We're Looking for

• Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Home Styling, or related design field
• 24 years of experience in retail, home dcor, lifestyle, or customer experience roles preferred
• A strong artistic eye and natural sense of color, texture, and spatial styling
• Genuine passion for home dcor and handcrafted design
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Organized, proactive, and responsible
• Ability to balance creative thinking with operational discipline
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
• Basic understanding of sales processes, billing (POS), and inventory management
• Comfortable working with Shopify or similar retail management tools (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Requirements & Preferences

• Education: Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or Fine Arts preferred.
• Location: Full-time, on-site at Baner, Pune.
• Gender Preference: As a brand rooted in women's empowerment (from our founders to our Lavale workshop), women candidates are strongly preferred for this role to align with our community-centric values.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to manage our Shopify backend and digital inventory.
• B2B Mindset: Confidence to interact with visiting architects and interior designers for high-value collaborations.
