Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Cum Account position, located in Ahmedabad. The individual will be responsible for managing retail store operations, maintaining accounts and inventory, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling transactions, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with team members, and ensuring store policies are followed. The role also involves training and guiding store staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Should have knowledge of Accounts, TDS, GST, etc.
• Managing cash and processing timely and accurate payments.
• Maintaining detailed records of all transactions.
• Maintaining accurate records of all materials and supplies.
• Conducting regular stock checks, audits, and physical verification from time to time.
• Ensuring proper storage and labeling of materials.
• Maintaining Warranty/Guarantee and Property registers.
• Issuing material to the site as per the Manager's approval.
