Store Assistant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Assistant, located in Delhi, India. The Store Assistant will be responsible for managing daily store operations, assisting customers, organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked, and supporting team training efforts. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries and ensuring excellent service delivery. Collaboration with team members and maintaining store standards will be key components of this role.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist customers and resolve inquiries.
• Proficiency in Retail Sales and Organization skills for managing store inventory and displaying products efficiently.
• Ability to participate in and contribute to Training sessions to ensure team development and performance.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in retail or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory management and store-related documentation.
