Job Requirements And Responsibilities
- Store supervision
- Ensure store displays are organized, visually appealing, and aligned with company standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain accurate records of all materials at stores.
- Work with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Track the supply chain for any delays and report issues to the relevant departments.
- Manage the issuance of materials to various departments based on production requirements.
- Generate and review reports on material consumption, stock levels, and shortages.
- Preparation of GI and GRN
- Prepare dispatch documentation, including delivery notes, shipping labels, invoices, and customs documents.
- Update the inventory system after the dispatch of goods to maintain real-time stock levels.
- Keep records of returns or rejected goods.
Requirements Qualification And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Office.
- Proven in inventory management systems and warehouse practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving skills to address issues related to shipping, inventory discrepancies, or supply chain challenges.
