Job Requirements And Responsibilities
- Store supervision
- Ensure store displays are organized, visually appealing, and aligned with company standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain accurate records of all materials at stores.
- Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favourable terms and agreements.
- Create and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Plan and coordinate the dispatch of goods to customers and other departments.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation
Requirements Qualification And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Proven experience in procurement and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with procurement software and supply chain management systems.
