Common: Puppet, Ansible, Vulnerability management best practices, ITSM, Release management.
Software Engineering: GitHub, Python/any other programming language.
Capabilities
Troubleshoot file/block storage performance and access issues.
Resolve capacity and backup failures, execute backup/restore operations.
Apply automation for storage workflows using Puppet/Ansible.
Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities in storage environments.
Ensure ITSM compliance and release management best practices.
Write scripts for automation and manage code in GitHub.
