Job Description

SME on decommission process. Assists application managers with questions or concerns relating to decommission of their application.
Create application decommissioning pipeline.
Coordinate with POC from service line for pipeline review and decom initiation.
Provide guidance on decommissioning processes and timelines.
Reports application infrastructure components associated with the application and related costs to app owners.
Facilitates approvals as part of decommission initiation.
Coordinate with service requests execution teams.
Tracks the progress and ensures timely completion of the decommissions in their portfolio and escalates issues as necessary to remove roadblocks in relation to decommissioning issues with specific applications.
Communicate with various stakeholders through periodic MI.
Coordinates with compliance/controls officer for adherence to legal & regulatory requirements.
