- Good understanding of design, implementation and troubleshooting of SAN and NAS technologies
- Installing and configuring of NetApp/Dell/HP/EMC/IBM storage boxes and fiber channel switches
- In-depth understanding of day-day administration tasks such as LUN allocation/ deallocations, Zoning, Monitoring and Performance tuning, Capacity planning etc for onsite and offsite locations
- Storage Health checks and reporting for Global locations
- Firmware code upgrade
- OEM coordination and follow-ups with Relevant Stakeholder
- Capacity management and availability report.
- Should be able to co-ordinate with respective OEMs to ensure SLA and during break fix
- Ensure DR replication is in place
- Should have good understanding of DR drills
- Should be proficient in handling large setup with knowledge on troubleshooting of issues
- Willing to work in shifts and travel across various locations in India
- Should possess good communication skills
