Proven hands-on experience managing Dell EMC Isilon/PowerScale clusters, OneFS features, and NAS protocols.
Skilled in installing, configuring, and administrating Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
Strong capabilities in performance tuning, monitoring, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.
Knowledgeable in backup integration, DR replication (SyncIQ), and storage lifecycle management.
Comfortable with automation using Bash/Ansible and familiar with virtualization (VMware).
Effective communicator with solid documentation and vendor-coordination skills.
