Storage Admin (Mphasis)

• Changing Problem Management to ITIL standards
• Performing activities such as Monitoring, Break-fix, troubleshoot issues happening on day-day basis
• Provisioning, Decommissioning on various Enterprise and Mid-Tier Storage Infrastructure
• Controlling resolution of Incidents and Problems within agreed service levels, including classification, prioritization and initiation of action
• Ability to work with different storage vendors in coordinating fixing issues

Skills Required:

• Process validation working knowledge for Backup technologies
• Skills - SAN and NAS Technologies such as EMC VMAX, IBM SVC, XIV, EMC Isilon, Netapp
• Experience working with vendors to understand, implement and maintain hardware/software in a Linux environment
• Experience with NFS on SAN or other network-based storage systems
