Requirements

Minimum 35 years of experience working with technology and business teams preferably in a delivery role

Is familiar with the ITIL processes Incident Change and Problem Management

Technical skills

Has sufficient knowledge of Technologies such as AIX Linux Windows Oracle SQL

Knowledge on opensource and cloud technologies such as AWS would be a plus point given the banks strategy to move towards cloud

Good to have knowledge understanding of IT Infrastructure Firewall Web Server JVMs

Soft skills

Good interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with business and technology stakeholders

Flexibility to adapt to different work requirements Late nightweekend MIMs urgent business requirements ability to work under pressure etc

Selfstarter and independent Can propose ideas for service improvementdelivery can make decisions on hisher own follow up with different teams to progress BAU deliverables to closure
