Job Title: Stock Market Trainer Derivatives (F&O)

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct classroom and online training sessions with a *primary focus on Derivatives (Futures & Options)*.

* Train students on concepts such as *Futures, Options, Option Greeks, payoff structures, margin mechanisms, and hedging strategies*.

* Prepare students for *NISM/NCFM Derivatives certification modules* through structured training and exam-oriented preparation.

* Develop and update training content, study material, mock tests, and practical assignments related to Derivatives trading.

* Provide live market demonstrations on Futures & Options using trading platforms (NSE/BSE).

* Guide students in designing and executing profitable F&O trading strategies, including risk management and position sizing.

* Explain derivative applications for hedging, speculation, and portfolio risk management.

* Keep training material updated as per SEBI regulations, exchange guidelines, and current market practices.

* Mentor students for career opportunities, internships, and professional growth in Derivatives and Financial Markets.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.

* *NISM/NCFM Derivatives certifications* (mandatory).

* Strong expertise in *Futures & Options trading and Derivatives concepts*.

* Minimum *23 years of experience* in Derivatives trading, portfolio management, or financial market training.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex Derivatives concepts clearly.

* Hands-on experience with live markets, trading terminals, and Derivatives analysis tools.
