We are seeking an experienced and passionate Stock Market Faculty to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, technical, fundamental and derivative analysis, and trading strategies. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, designing course materials, and mentoring students on stock market investing and trading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lectures on stock market concepts, including equity, derivatives, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, portfolio management, and trading psychology.
- Design and update course curriculum and study materials as per market trends and student needs.
- Conduct workshops, live trading sessions, and interactive Q&A sessions.
- Provide individual mentorship and guidance to students to help them build confidence in trading/investing.
- Prepare assessments, quizzes, and real-time market case studies to track student progress.
- Stay updated with the latest financial market developments and integrate real-world insights into classroom teaching.
- Collaborate with the content team to create video tutorials, blogs, or e-learning modules.
- Assist in certification preparation for courses like NISM, NSE, SEBI-related exams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. (CFA/CFP/NISM/NSE/BSE certifications preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trading, investing, or teaching financial markets.
- Deep understanding of stock market instruments (Equity, Futures, Options, Commodities, Forex, Crypto optional).
- Proficiency in using trading platforms, charting tools (e.g., TradingView, MetaTrader), and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring learners of all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching offline, online or in hybrid mode.
- Experience with backtesting or algorithmic trading tools.
- Content development experience for online learning platforms.
- Active presence in financial education communities or social media.
- Minimum 1 year of Trading PnL Report.
